I am in a car or a bus for an hour to sometimes 3 hours a day. It gives me a while to think, manage future blog posts, and speculate on the finer aspects of blogging. I suddenly had this thought: “Most of the good bloggers started out with nothing. What if they started out with something? The money they had gave them a good push. Well, they’d make it to the top fast, but we don’t all have those kinds of resources. What if we faked it though? What if you make it seem like you are more successful then you really are?“

I got screwed by Google. They canceled my account, so what did I do, I went out and found every alternative I could.

I’m not one that generally likes to write these kinds of posts because I find them induced from laziness, but I have been busy setting up another blog (and constantly enhancing this one). I’ll add a link to it so you guys (and gals) can check it out when it is done. Anyways, here are some of my favorite blog entries for the past few days.

• Don’t Just Have a Blog - Learn to Think Like a Blogger: An amazing post by Darren over at Problogger. If you want to be a “professional blogger” bay attention to his words. I can’t stress enough about his points on planning.

• Baby Steps to Making Money Online: Noob is a great guy. His blog is one of the fastest growing on the scene, and within 3 months he has over 150 subscribers. In this post, he shows a review of a potential path any bloggers may want to take if they ever make the big time online. He promises more detailed posts coming soon.

• 16 Ways to Expand Your Blog’s Reach in 2008: A very effective post at the Dosh blog. If you want to gain traffic, new readers, or apply what you already have to expand your blog look no further. These are 16 excellent ways to get more attention.

• Simple Things You Must Know About Blogging, but You Might Not Know: Holy Shitaki Mushrooms! This has to be one of the longest blog entries I’ve ever fruckin’ read. If not for massive amount of pointers for new bloggers, than just take a look at it. Imagine if the blogger had actually ripped it apart and written several posts instead of one giant one. Thats enough for at least a week.
