This month there were a little over 50 entries, however, most of them were for just email RSS subscriptions. I’m a bit disappointed that only a few actually participated in actively helping me advertise the contest by posting blog posts (which I even provided for you). In the end, it is my fault though, because I have almost lost most of my time to comment other blogs to get more traffic here.

I’m going to be killing this contest, probably for a few months. I’m really sorry that I have to, but I barely have enough money to pay this month’s rent after giving this away (I withdrew cash within 10 cents of 0 from my accounts >.<.) I’m killing it because I realized I shouldn’t be struggling to pay rent, and I will also be applying to transfer to a new college. I need about 1500 dollars a term to study at this school, which isn’t a lot, but I don’t have that kind of money, and neither do my family, and I really want to get the hell out of Hua Hin and Webster University.

Once I know I am secure, the contest will start up again though. I promise. I know I will lose all my subscribers and I deserve it. This blog is failing miserably. I’m going to have to start hiring some Indians or someone to start writing me some blog posts… or guest posts! If anyone wants to be a guest blogger here, just let me know. Yeah! Just thought I would remind you all here, now, that any extra entries for the blogosis monthly blog contest end today. I haven’t added up the entries, but i don’t think it is as strong as it was last month. The amount of email subscribers may have gone up, but thats about it. How have I been, you might not be asking? I’m not too shabby. I am a bit tired, but not too bad at all. My grades in class are slipping from a 3.8 GPA to probably less than 3, but I am not too interested in school anymore. I make more than enough money to live, working only an hour a day, however the heck I want to here in Thailand, and if I could find someway to stay here without an Education visa, I would probably take it. My parents would kill me for that one, but gotta live your one life the way you want to.

I’m going to stop this post before I rant… I had a really good idea from that last sentence to rant on…

A new month and a new contest must come, so let it begin! This month I’ve been refining the rules and what not a little bit. I’ve looked at what I was doing, and what I could be doing better, and I think I will make it a lot easier to enter. So here are the rules of February.

So the rules pretty much stay the same as January. Prizes will stay the same as well (10% of my online profits and all my Entrecard credits I gain in February. I want to thank all the entrants of the contest (About 65 entries with around 32 different people subscribed by email.). I had a lot of fun putting this first month together. It has been extremely successful with and helped grow Blogosis leaps and bounds. Within a month, Blogosis has 55 subscribers. Whether or not that means you like my content, I don’t know, but I must be doing something right.

As for next month’s contest, all my Entrecard credits and 10% of my money I made online will still apply. I am still working on little prizes with that. Also, I will start giving stuff away weekly, I believe. I will give an announcement about February’s giveaway in the coming days. I plan on making about $1000 dollars online this next month, so that means someone will win $100 dollars with that 10% payout plan. If you are a constant reader of my blog, you know I sell my blog contest like a wh… scratch that. You know I sell my blog contest like my supermodel girlfriend sells her magnificent body in magazines and on tv. That’s a bit more family friendly. If you don’t know about it, I highly suggest you go read it and join. Joining the contest is as easy as subscribing by email. So, I have gathered all the data I need to determine what the final prize will be for the month of January. This number will continue to grow as I won’t be ending the blog giveaway for another 24 - 48 hours. That is enough to advertise on Problogger two times plus some I think. I don’t check cause I don’t care to advertise with Entrecard, but you might. I think I saw people bidding for 500 credits for about 20 bucks on Ebay. That is sad. And here I give it to my subscribers free. I’m awfully generous aren’t I?

And as for the 10%. I never made a killing with any of the CPC campaigns on my blog, so I haven’t received a deposit from any of them (I’m sorry, but I can’t give you money I don’t have.) However, I did manage to make about 190 big green ones in the past 27 days or so that this blog has been alive. About 150 dollars of it came from the past two days actually, and my blog is partly to blame for this money. It will actually keep making me money everyday, at about 40-50 dollars for 3-4 hours of work. This is amazing pay for me, especially considering the daily wage for someone with a masters degree and working at a nice bank will make that much in 8 hours in Thailand. I have money to do things I couldn’t do before, and for once I will be able to take my supermodel girlfriend out for a dinner treated on me. Hey, she offers to pay cause she is the one that makes the money around here.  Oh, yeah! Sorry, I went on a rant again, didn’t I? 10 percent of what I made is about 19 dollars. I will bump it up to $20 dollars just as an extra bonus ;).
